Last year I started getting up early and exercising (in the form of running). Over Christmas all of that feel apart, but in conjunction with the current series at Riverside, I have decided to re-implement the scheme with a specific goal: in 8 weeks, I’m going to be able to run 5km
I say all this as I need encouragement and some form of accountability. I’m posting this in Boulders as it is a goal that is part of a larger one to climb more and stronger than ever…

hey Ro, congrats on your resolve to run regularly. I can’t think of many better ways to start the day (although I run after work)
It’s a great way to end the day and get the stress of any work issues out of your brain for a while…
Maybe we can go for some runs when I get back to Melbourne… :)
