It would seem that there are to rumours ciculating about free “Live8” style shows to coincide with the G20 meetings taking place in Melbourne. The suggestions are for either the 17th or the 21st of Novemeber – at least keep those dates free!

just looking thru the triple J gig guide, and discovered to my horror that Kanyte West (who i like) is supporting U2 (who i hate). Leaving aside the fact that the acts should be the other way around, I would enjoy watching Kanye, but would only pay to see U2 if i was rigged with explosives! How does one see Kanye and not have his ears sullied with the most over rated band in rock history?
